Students will be creating a variety of wonderful food. Watch them become self-sufficient and independent through their new-found cooking skills. Their creativity and self-expression find opportunity through their food preparation and presentation. Don't be surprised if they ask to make dinner for the family. Knife skills and kitchen safety are emphasized.

We’ll travel around the US and visit some of this country’s most famous culinary capitols. Some of our stops might include a visit to Georgia for some Peach Cobbler as well as Wisconsin for some Creamy Cheese Soup. It will be the yummiest tour around the country you have ever taken!
